Custom-Built Client & Invoice Management System
To modernize internal record keeping for JF Auto, I designed and developed a lightweight desktop ledger application in Visual Studio to centralize client records, service tracking, and invoice generation.​​​​​​​
The system enables:
Dynamic client creation across adaptable company structures
Service-level tracking with structured data entry
Automated PDF invoice generation
Persistent auto-save functionality on input
Contact retention via payment-status logic
Originally built to support automotive service workflows, the application has since evolved into a scalable internal tool framework capable of adapting to any service-based business model.
Development Approach
The application was architected using AI-assisted code generation workflows combined with structured prompt engineering methodologies. Rather than relying on static generation, I iteratively refined logic layers, modularized components, and increased code resilience through hands-on debugging and architectural decision-making.
